Architecture at The Lodges draws inspiration from Central Otago’s pioneering buildings while embracing a contemporary edge.
Configurations range from spacious apartments to more cosy units, featuring architectural elements such as mezzanine floors, lofts and sloping ceilings to enhance the sense of space.
The Lodges comprises six buildings and seven terraces, positioned next door to The Homestead. The northern aspect overlooks Homestead Gully and Cardrona Alpine Resort, with a reserve in front to ensure views are never built out.

THE HOMESTEAD
The Homestead anchors life at Mt Cardrona Station. While the architecture is unmistakably Central Otago, contemporary elements of glass and stone create a sophisticated alpine twist. The Homestead is the central hub of the Station. The restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining spaces overlooking the alpine tarn, while wellness facilities, work and meeting spaces, and the members-only Club Room complete the offering. For owners, The Homestead brings premium facilities and amenities to your doorstep, and an asset that is set to become one of the region’s landmark destinations.
ADVENTURE BASE
The Adventure Base puts mountain living into motion. Set within The Homestead, this premium facility houses an 80sqm gym and workout space, outdoor hot pools and sauna, plus a reception. As demand enables, a booking desk for ski transfers and the bike and ski workshop will be established. A 25m lap pool will complete the hub in Stage 3.
