As an owner at Mt Cardrona Station, you automatically become a member of The Station Club, unlocking access to workspaces and boardroom, members’ rates on village services, and exclusive use of The Club Room. It is a world of benefits designed to ensure that every moment at the Station feels effortless and exceptional; something you can’t access anywhere else.

The Adventure Base has been purpose-built to restore body and mind after every alpine pursuit. Train, recover, repeat – the state-of-the-art functional gym features a Garmin Tacx® NEO Bike Smart Trainer for serious indoor cycling, whilst two outdoor hot pools, a sauna overlooking the tarn and an ice bath for hot/cold therapy ensure you are always ready for the next adventure.

For those who take their work on the road, The Homestead’s beautifully cedar-clad co-working space offers eight remote workspaces, seamless technology and a setting that inspires rather than drains. When the occasion calls for it, the boardroom – equipped with a touchscreen TV – provides an impressive setting for meetings or video conferences, with the mountains as your backdrop.

The Homestead will be developed in three stages. Future additions include a restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor courtyard dining, a 25-metre indoor lap pool, an additional sauna, and a dedicated reception to assist with ski transfers, and bike and ski workshop. Each new stage will deepen the resort experience and cement The Homestead as the beating heart of the village. These will be developed in accordance with market demand.

Overlooking the stunning central alpine tarn from both indoor and outdoor seating, The Homestead’s future restaurant is expected to become a landmark destination – a unique venue that celebrates the dramatic architecture and extraordinary natural views from the heart of the Station. Owners are welcome to use all facilities year-round. Selected amenities – including the gym, hot pools and trails — are also available to guests renting at the Station, ensuring the investment in infrastructure benefits rental yield too. The Club Room, remote workspaces and boardroom, however, remains exclusively for members and their guests, preserving the private retreat that owners rightly expect.
