Cook Brothers Construction

Baxter Design
Baxter Design has been the landscape architecture team behind many of Central Otago’s most high profile projects.
An energetic team of landscape architects, Baxter Design’s extensive range of work includes large urban and rural landscape masterplanning, resort development, public streetscape, parks, rural subdivision, small residential design and landscape assessment and planning. Baxter Design began in 1998 and is today led by principal landscape architect Paddy Baxter. Alongside him, a team of expert landscape architects, CAD staff and designers provide innovative design solutions for projects across a wide range of environments.
Baxter Design has worked on many signature projects, including Queenstown’s village green, the masterplanning and design of Millbrook Resort and many other standout projects. Beyond their awards, the Baxter Design team takes pride in shaping the future of New Zealand’s landscapes on both a residential and community level.
Assembly Architects
Assembly Architects’ distinctive work is found throughout Central Otago, including Queenstown, Arrowtown, Wānaka, and rural locations.
With a deep understanding of what this unique and sometimes challenging landscape offers, Assembly is known for delivering architecture projects with personality, connection to landscape, and considered construction. Assembly’s architectural approach is deeply rooted in connecting with the surrounding landscape, skilfully framing lake or mountain views while considering factors such as sun, shade, and wind. Clear communication with clients is paramount to the Assembly team, and they employ design tools that engage and visually communicate designs in an interactive and realistic manner. Established by registered architects Louise Wright and Justin Wright in 2005, Assembly Architects today comprises a tight-knit and talented team working out of the Arrowtown studio.
Feast Creative
Feast is a strategically driven design, brand strategy and advertising studio based in Queenstown.
Established in 2001, they are a locally-based team of experienced Designers and Project Managers who bring a wealth of experience gained both in New Zealand and abroad. With decades of experience across property, hospitality, technology, tourism, wine and retail, we offer local insight and passion for helping build and grow iconic brands.
