The Whitestar
Meticulously designed to enhance natural light, views and functionality
3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | 1 living rooms | 1 car garage
On the ground floor an open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully oriented to allow sunlight in from the north while framing captivating views to the south and east. Careful consideration has been given to positioning the garage on the eastern corner of the site to ensure the two-story house is set back on the boundary minimising potential shading from neighbours. As a result, the living area enjoys a sun-drenched position and flows onto an outdoor deck and lawn area extending towards the road.
Whilst the master bedroom soaks in afternoon sun, the second bedroom offers clear views overlooking the station and over the Cardrona Valley below, adding to the overall appeal of the Whitestar design.
A 189 square metre floor plan consists of 108 sqm on the ground floor and 81 sqm on the upper floor.
